At 1,375 meters in the mountains of Jinotega, Yesenia cultivates Red Catuai, Catuai Estrella, and Caturra varieties with meticulous care. After an 18.38-hour washed fermentation process, the result is a cup that bursts with blueberry brightness, prune richness, and sweet cherry undertones, all wrapped in a silky-smooth body.
