Refunds
We will gladly refund any of our products that are defective due to defects in roasting and/or do not satisfy your palette. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for a replacement 14 days from the date of purchase.
Coffee is perishable and is roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, Pappa T is here to help you. Please contact us at pappat@tntcoffeeroasters.com within 14 days of your purchase.
