Description
Grown in the high-altitude region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, at 1,750–1,950 meters, the Ethiopian Misty Valley Coffee showcases the vibrant evolution of natural-processed coffees from the Gedio region. Moving beyond the traditional washed Yirgacheffe profile—known for its delicate, tea-like aromatics and bright citrus notes—this natural-process coffee bursts with bold fruitiness, intricate complexity, and distinctive character.
About the Producer
Crafted with precision by exporter and producer Abdullah Bagersh, Misty Valley reflects exceptional care at every stage of production. Only the ripest cherries are hand-selected by local farmers and processed using advanced Pinhalense machines, followed by meticulous color sorting and final handpicking. Through careful experimentation, Bagersh perfects the balance of each harvest, unlocking the coffee’s signature floral and fruity notes.
